VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Tickets/Check-in – Help sell/scan tickets as graduates arrive and get their wristband to check in.

Food: Help in the kitchen with setting out food and keeping food options varied throughout the night as well as making sure there is plenty of water available to the grads.

Games: Help with the games being carried out the night of the party.  Volunteers will help with various games like basketball throw or poker dealer.

Prizes: Help secure and handout prizes won by your graduates throughout the night.

Security: Help keep the Grads safe and secure by helping with our security team.

Clean Up: Help keep the event clean, take out the garbage throughout the night and/or clean up after the event.

First Aid: We need 1 or 2 people with medical backgrounds to cover each shift at the first aid station to assist with bumps, scrapes, and cuts.  Must have a medical background (EMT, Nurse, Dr., Medic, etc.)

Hospitality Check-in: Help check in volunteers. All volunteers need to be checked into the event before they can volunteer on the night of the party.

VOLUNTEER BEFORE THE PARTY

Decorations: Help to decorate before the party and create an atmosphere of fun and excitement.

Food Prep: Help chop and prepare food for the event night. Just make a note when you sign up on Volunteer Spot.

Senior parents, underclassman parents, grandparents, and teachers are welcome. Thank you for volunteering to help make the party a success!
